At The Classicot, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions mentioned below.

5-Day Return & Exchange Window

Our products are eligible for return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

  • The product must be in its original condition

  • All brand tags and packaging must remain intact

Products that appear worn, washed, damaged, or without tags will not be accepted for return.

Return Charges

Since we offer free shipping across India, a small return handling fee may apply when initiating a return request.

This amount helps cover reverse logistics and processing costs.

The applicable fee will be communicated at the time of raising the return request.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or design, you can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If the replacement product costs:

  • More than the original product → you can pay the price difference.

  • Less than the original product → the balance amount may be refunded or provided as store credit.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Submit a request through our Return/Exchange portal or contact our support team.

  2. Once your request is verified, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup.

Reverse pickups are generally scheduled within 24–48 hours after approval.

Reverse Pickup Process

Once the pickup is arranged:

  • Our courier partner will attempt to collect the product within 1–3 business days.

  • Please ensure the item is properly packed with all tags attached.

The courier partner may refuse pickup if:

  • Brand tags are missing

  • The item appears worn, washed, or damaged

Refund Process

After the returned product reaches our facility and passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.

Since we only accept prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Self-Shipping (If Pickup Is Not Available)

In rare cases where reverse pickup is not serviceable for your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address.

Please ensure that:

  • The product is securely packed

  • All original tags are attached

  • The item is unused and in original condition

Once we receive and verify the product, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Important Return Conditions

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, washed, or damaged

  • Brand tags have been removed

  • Return request was raised after the 5-day return window
